We plan and manage corporate relocations.

We are aware that a successful move must involve consideration of business and administrative needs as well as a smooth and efficient physical move.

We have considerable experience in managing relocations for commercial and professional organisations.

First phase
Establishing overall strategies and interfaces for relocation, completing an audit of existing buildings, production of inventories and databases.

Second phase
Managing the tendering, evaluation and management of general and specialist removal contractors, detailed planning and co-ordination of relocation.

Third phase
The liaison with the professional team and client representatives and the on-site supervision of removal activities, including setting up and running move help desks.

Final phase
Finally there are post move activities: decommissioning any existing building, and agreeing final accounts.
