Consultancy services
The consultancy side of SBP was initially established to assist clients as part of our project management service. However as our expertise and the demand for these services grew they have now been offered as an independent service for many years, with a growing client list of blue chip companies. The scope of services includes:
CDM Coordination is a legal requirement for Projects under CDM Regulations 2007.
We offer proactive CDM Coordination services to help find solutions to Health & Safety issues as well as fulfilling all the legal requirements of the role.

One of the more difficult problems facing organisations with smaller premises is the need to maintain a low cost facilities presence while still requiring access to skilled facilities knowledge. This often results in having external expertise (which can prove to be very expensive) or asking another member of staff to undertake the work. Often the assistance required is limited. We tailor our services to meet our clients' specific requirements.

Health & Safety
Health and Safety Policy Production, Review and Auditing are both a legal requirement and an integral part of a good Health and Safety Culture. We have both the knowledge and experience from both a Health and Safety and Project Management perspective to produce working Policy documents and procedures that meet all legal requirements and to review or audit existing ones.
Procedural Monitoring
With resources spread over a series of projects it is becoming important to ensure that the company project procedures are being applied. One service that we do offer is a review process to ensure that wherever projects are being undertaken the core procedures are followed efficiently. We also provide suggestions as to how the procedures might be followed.
Contract Production and Review
Whilst we do not claim to be lawyers we do have considerable expertise in dealing with the practical application of contracts which helps to avoid common pitfalls, shortcomings and ambiguity of the standard project contracts.
We plan and manage corporate relocations. A successful relocation must involve consideration of business and administrative needs as well as a smooth and efficient physical move.
